The school improvement specialists
Training
Investment in continual professional development is a fundamental part of a school’s growth. Whether carried out in-school or at one of our national training events, our range of programmes combine expert advice with practical activities and have one overriding aim – to maximise school improvement.
As with our suite of services, personalising our training days is the key to their successful implementation. Working with subject leaders, senior leaders, governors and anyone required to evaluate the quality of education, and personal development provision our expert facilitators are able to adapt support to meet the requirements of individual primary and secondary schools, multi-academy trusts or federations.
If you are interested in training to support the development of your staff, or have something specific in mind, don’t hesitate to contact us. A standard training day is 9am – 4pm for up to 30 people, although we can also provide a half-day or a twilight training to suit your needs. Training can be held at your own school or at an external venue if preferred.
Whether you are an individual or a group, please contact us today.

TESTIMONIALS
“The training was delivered in an engaging, positive way that left staff teams feeling inspired, enthusiastic and confident in a subject that could have so easily had the opposite effect if not delivered well.”
Emma Papamichael, Teacher – Ethos College
“The training was clear; allowing me to get to grips with the new OFSTED Framework and what it means for my setting, my role and my subject. The resources provided were of a high quality, and the speakers were knowledgeable – it was incredibly useful and interesting to listen to their expertise. I feel much more confident and assured in my role, as a result of attending the training.”
Alison Ward, Headteacher – Engage Academy
