Senior Consultant

Kath is one of our senior consultants having worked with B11 from its inception. She worked until recently as an Ofsted inspector for 18 years and in that time inspected over 300 schools and initial teacher training.

She was a headteacher of a successful secondary school and has worked as an accredited facilitator for the National College for School leadership delivering the middle leader programme (now known as the NPQ’s). Alongside her work she supports subject departments across the country, conducts school reviews, provides training for teachers and governors, works with academy trusts, conducts headteachers performance management and is a school improvement partner.
